Horrible experience

I wish I could say the same…I got a total opposite experience with this company. I ordered an iPhone 11 cover and key ring on the 1st of August which took more than a month to arrive. The phone cover didn’t even last a month, it started to peel off and when I reported the matter I was told that the cover is out of warranty but was promised to look into the matter till today with no response. When I text them on WhatsApp they just blue tick me.
