Bad service from Candywrap

Im highly disappointed with the service I've been getting at Candywrap. I ordered a cushion on the 17th of September and deposited the money the next day whuch was R300, they said the were going to deliver in 7-10 day and meanwhile was going to receive artwork previews and haven't received anything. On the 2nd of October my delivery didn't arrive then after 3days which was on the 5th i texted them on Whatsapp to ask my about my order and the response i got from the lady was "that she'll go to the office and investigate why my order was delayed, got no feedback 9 October asked for feedback she never responded then yesterday i texted her again she blue ticked my text and never responded. If they fail to deliver may they please refund me back my money because they cannot communicate with me.
