Bad customer service at Candywrap.co.za

I bought a personalized cellphone cover from Candywrap.co.za in February 23,I was told it will take 10 working days for dispatch, but when I call them to ask they have been ignoring my calls, I asked for response on their FB page, they removed my comment and blocked me, up to date I'm still waiting, it's been more than a month now waiting for my product, the excuses I get from the owner is She was out of town, and she will investigate, please help me get my money back or my cell phone cover. They have bad customer service, I'm not sure if the business is real or a ****.
