<p>I am utterly disgusted and disturbed at the reaction and effectiveness of the Canal Walk Staff regarding the matter we were dealing with. And I am really disturbed at the lack of effective service that was given. The fact I could not go into the control room to view the cameras myself in order to locate my mother and the fact that security were of NO USE to us at all and their equipment were NOT WORKING at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to take this matter further!!!</p>
