Ice galaxy Canal walk

Kids went to Ice galaxy on the 2/1/16. In they went , waited 20 minutes for 1slide as there was only 3 tubes to slide down with, then another 20 minutes for a second slide and then another 20 minutes for their last slide.<br> How is that fair that we paid full price for the kids and they only get 3 rides per hour , that is utterly ridiculous and a *******. Why was there only 3 tubes and the waiting period so long per slide? This can surely be monitored and amount of people limited if the value of the ticket is to be honoured. Only 3 slides per 1 hour and a 20 minute waiting period what a *******!
