HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE

Trying to leave the parking area after a whole debacle about the monthly parking disk ( by which the Company I work for pays and that I was not aware as I was off for 2 days, the disk was allowed in ) that was not paid we where ask to pay, but not in a friendly manner but in a threatening manner, was asked to pull up onto a side slip or something ,after we told him that there is a queue of cars waiting behind us.we pulled to the one side and my son had to walk all the way back to pay. While sitting in the I noticed this black guy coming towards my car about to clamp my wheel. I then said excuse me what do you think your doing his response was that I must clamp your wheels. I said who I'm sitting in the car did you ask me if you could do so, he then turned around and addressed some coloured guy who ignored me completely and with his arrogant attitude instructed the guy to continue and just clamp the wheels, he then approached my car not looking at me directly said that he heard everything on the radio.I asked him did you hear our question what and where is the section that we must pull over to, he never approached me in a respectful manner to find out or establish whether we understood or not or ask me to please move my car.no apology when my son came back. The service is inconsistent as other times they allow you in if your Company pays for your parking I was treated worse that what they treat a ******** and was utterly and totally embrassed by this arrogant and unprofessional service to all involved in spoiling my perfect day remember who pays your salary.and manners goes along way
