Disrespected shopper

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>I just visited your store in Canal Walk Cape Town and was totally put off by the service of your manager, namely Fabian. <br />One of your gents was assisting another customer with finding a shoe and the other at dressing rooms. Fabian, who is was busy on a personal call decides to shout across the floor for one of the service of the other assistants and not being successful he slams the phone onto the counter and under his breathe uses profanity in front of me. Which I found extremely disrespectful not just for myself but that of his fellow colleagues</p> <p>If you could repremand this gentlemen on his extremely poor client care it would be much appreciated and I would like to know the actions taken to prevent such service from happening again</p>
