DISGUSTING AND WEAK CENTRE MANAGEMENT

<p>A week ago (Last Sunday) I have been ****** inside the prayer room at canal walk. Security officials informed me that the Centre Manager would be in contact with me Monday, as they do not work over weekends. I have called and staff refuses to put my call through to Centre Management. One of my calls was directed to the security control room manager and his response was he's busy!! A gentleman with the name Jacques came to the phone and said he was in charge of the overall security at the mall and if I feel like putting a claim in then I must do so. Security officers as well as tenants of the mall says ******ies and theft happens regularly at the prayer room and the Centre Management has an "I don't care" attitude. Around the entire mall is cameras accept the prayer room which is completely off the radar and in isolation, one can even get ****ed and be thrown in the lake and no one will see. The wellbeing of muslims is not of concern, however the money they spend in the mall is welcomed. All they can do is place a camera inside the prayer room and monitor it like all cameras. i will however bring this to the attention of the muslim community at large, since the management has such ****ty attitudes.</p>
