Disappointed and frustrated

#Win @canalwalk shopping center is/was one of my favorite shopping centers as it was always one of the safest, rule abiding malls. What I don't understand is why the pick n pay parking code doesn't scan anymore? And why must one pay R8 if you just dropping someone off? Why did they take away the 30min free parking? And I feel they can do better with the covid protocols, sometimes the mall and shops are packed, no one following protocols and masks aren't worn correctly, for an upstanding mall I would expect more and stricter protocols, at those times I feel frustrated and angered.
