COMPLAINT ABOUT PUBLIC TOILETS!!!

These toilets in this mall are rediculous Saturday the 27th may 2023 my young son got stuck in the public toilet if I did not hear him shouting and crying from a distance I wouldn't have known, he is so traumatized and was crying it took us about 30mobutes to get him out the toilet, while he was stuck a stall next to him was a adult man stuck, this is so rediculous I am so ****ed off and disappointed that a fancy rich mall like this would be so bad at maintaining there toilet locks, my son is afraid to go into public toilet alone!!! After my hell of a mission I went to info and they are so useless just saying OK we will report it, ya right like this is ever going to happen, I spoke to a cleaner and they saying that this is been going on for very long time even had someone kick down a door from panicing to get out! I will complain all over till we get answered!
