Car Damage ( Attempted *******/hjacking )

I parked my car at the shopping center and it was damaged at the parking bay, I informed the security and they advised that they cannot see who damaged my car because the camera is not visible at the bay it was parked at, the entire area is at blind spot to the camera. I logged a complaint and it was referred to different people, I was ask to provide documents only after following up I was advised that they rejecting my claim as they not liable. I am disappointment that a big mall like canal walk that is reputable has arears that they are aware is not visible in cameras yet they do not have added security or stand in security in that area, a week after I complained I saw another individual complaining that their car was also damaged at the same place I was parked, this indicates that a lot of people experience this however nothing is being done about this, this is irresponsible and a person can get only to be told that we cannot find the culprits who did it because there is no camera. What needs to happen before this is corrected. Must a person lose their life before since our property is not important. We shop at the mall because we believe it is secure and now that we experience such thing the mall does not want to take responsibility yet it happened to their watch. I am not accepting the fact that the damage cannot be the responsibility of the mall. I would understand if it was a trolley that damaged my car however it was an attempted theft my car was broken into and with all the security you have you tell me nothing is seen, why not close off the arear that is not visible to camera or there is no security next to it. So were must we park if it will be our onus when the car is damaged and no can see, also please add signs where there is no camera visibilities so that we may not park there. The mall is obviously a paradise to ********* as they know places where there are no camera in the parking and if there is no sign that indicates they are informed by you where to do their shenanigans and not be caught .
