car break ins

On 6 april 2015 my car was broken into. The security that was 1st to arrive told me not to worry as it was the 7th for that day. My sony front loader was ****** valued at R1800.00 and all I asked from canal walk was to offer me a car radio not something extravagant. After all I am paying for parking and there are cameras that was on my car. Why couldnt they pick up that my car was being broken into. I wonder why I should pay for something that isnt working. Well I got a email today to say my request is declined. Wow such a big mall cant replace my take but allow car brake ins to happen. 7 for that day. I dnt accept that they cant help me out so I will be waiting for a response from them. I will go on facebook twitter and etc as I feel we pay for a service where security is walking around and being viewed yet they fail to assist.
