Canal Walk uselessly *********** during an emergency.

The security at Canal Walk is absolutely useless. Half way through our meal, at Spur, the food court area, then eventually the entire mall got evacuated due to a bomb threat at Wonderland (the arcade) I was hosting a group of over 10 people, some with special needs, who didn't know what was going on, they thought they were going to die. Nobody told us clearly what was going on, where to go, all the Spur mainly seemed focused on, is to be paid for the meal, which nearly nobody finished. Thankfully Spur staff eventually were forced I think to let us all out. There was no urgency in evacuating the mall, people were still going about there daily routine, eating, shopping, while security took their time evacuating the mall. There was no evacuating out the nearest exit, no safety marshals, to follow, and lead us all to safety. It was all extremely disorganised. Heads should roll.
