Canal Walk Toilets all closed down

Its so pathetic that such a big shopping centre such as canal walk has to shut down all toilets on the one side of the mall. This during festive trade and in the middle of the day. One has to walk right to the other end of the mall to stand 15min in a queue as there are too many people for that little facilities. Most of the time there is no toilet paper as well. When we call centre management to lodge a complaint, they do not answer the phone at all. Disgusted!!!
