An ex cellent Travel Agent

Recently, on the morning I was flying back from the USA, I tested positive. Flights had to be cancelled and rebooked as soon as I was negative. Karen Ackhurst from Flight Centre , Canal walk, Cape Town went the extra mile and was able to get me home for Christmas. I have never met Karen as I live in KZN and have only had telephonic contact with her and yet she has given me top priority service. She is extremely efficient and communicative and I would highly recommend using her as a Travel agent.
