Pointless Exercise
Basically paid for a service I ended up resolving myself. I was not provided with any sound legal advice and I was the one who continuously had to follow up.

26 Oct 2021, 15:50Within 4 months of your instruction, a court order to withdraw the debt review process was obtained. It is unfortunate that the debt counsellor delayed with issuance of the necessary documentation as per the granted court order as this in turn delayed the usual delisting process that is followed after the court order is obtained. Hence, an alternative was considered which in itself would not have necessitated a court application had this been an option when the court application was pursued. However, given that the court application has been duly granted, the service has been rendered as per instruction.
