Not impressed
Good communication at first. It's been 8 months now. Little to no communication. Complained numerous time. My case is either; Not enrolled at court Case thrown out ReApp**** Missing documents. Missing original documents Postponed over three times and now I have redo everything from scratch. Happy to deduct 900 everymonth though.
Its been eight months, and when I advise on my frustrations, I get ignored. Extremely FRUSTRATED!!

16 Dec 2022, 03:58The court application was filed and issued at court date with an allocated court date and a copy thereof was provided and served on your creditors. As advised, the original documents have been misfiled and misplaced by the clerk of the court as the originals would have been submitted in order to obtain the court date in the first instance. To obtain a new court date, a new set of original documents shall have to be filed and a duplicate court file opened to move the application.
