No Communication
The lack of communication from this firm is astonishing. The last communication I had with Nicky was the 20th October 24.
I have been asking for feedback on a weekly to no avail.
I am so disheartened as I thought my Debt Review will be secured by now. This has case has been ongoing since July.
Don't know what to do from here on.
