Hopeless
I paid the company quickly believing that my case would be resolved quick. I feel duped and disheartened. Nowhere was I kept on the loop about what's happening to my case, when I did my follow up as to why am I not being help to get out of this review, I was told to settle the remaining account which I did. Now I cannot get hold of them at a time I need them the most because I need my financial life back.

06 Oct 2021, 14:18 It appears that you last advised on the 13th of September that you have found extra cash to settle the account and that you would provide a paid up letter, presumably once the account is settled. Have you since settled the account and provided the paid up letter?
