Disappointed Client

I'm truly unhappy with their Services.After the interim settlement was paid out, everything went to a hault.

From 2021 to this date I have never met with my attorney but have been meeting up with her assistant. I am told that it's (Reshmee) but now dealing with Fortunate.

I'm struggling to get my Undertaking Certificate,I'm given a run around on every information that I seek for regarding the status of my claim

They are no longer transparent, delaying the process of my claim on purpose and withholding information that I should know. I am now forced to go looking for answers at RAF offices while I have attorneys.

I truly do not appreciate the way they are handling my case.They are Misleading and not replying to my chats and calls...I am truly disappointed.Ive sent Tons of messages to their WhatsApp number,still no reply.

The service was excellent when I first met with them but to tell you the truth it's gone bad to Worse as we speak.

They don't wanna even follow simple instructions from the Client. I am unpleased at all!!!
