School camp money promised to be refunded and still hasn’t been

Absolutely shocking and lack professionalism, booked a school camp in 2020, couldn’t go because of covid and hard lockdown, they offered all schools to refund them, yet I am still waiting for the school to be refunded. I eventually got into contact with the director of the organisation and he promised me it would be paid to the school, it is now 2022 still awaiting payment and I have been blocked on all contact platforms with the director himself.
