My disappointment 😞

Subject: Complaint regarding [Camp Discovery] food, experience, and maintenance

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at [Camp Discovery] from [15 December] to [20 December]. Unfortunately, several aspects of my experience fell short of expectations.

*Food Quality and Service:* - The food served in the campsite restaurant was of poor quality. - The menu lacked variety, and options for dietary restrictions were limited.

*Overall Experience:* - The campsite facilities, including bathrooms and showers, were not cleaned regularly. - Activities and events advertised on the campsite website were not available during my stay.

*Maintenance and Upkeep:* - The power kept on shutting during our stay there. - One of the rooms that we were given had a snake, bats and rats found.

I will never come back to this Camp site because of how traumatic this experience was for me

I hope you will take these concerns seriously and take necessary steps to address them. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you will take.
