Don't go to camp discovery until they change their managers and services!!!!!

Poor service providers of the highest, very deceptive in how they manage their services. I mean how do you advertise one thing and give your clients something totally different to what you agreed on, and when we confronted Mark about this he told us that somethings are out of his control. The team that works there is trained to treat clients like children, there's no organized communication or understanding of their roles, it's like they even have to ask Mark for consent if they want to cough. We couldn't just go out to get medication for our people, it became more like a prison experience that we had to pay a lot of money for.

Id recommend that the directors or owners get themselves a new operation manager, train your staff on how to deal with people. There should be signs around the campus that say "Customer first"!!!!!!
