Camera Warehouse Warranty on Lens
Acceptable, however, they did not seem to understand how they would provide my guarantee. I had to phone the Support Company, Singer Photographic myself, and then be advised to log on to the Tamron Website to complete the warranty document, having been told on collection from Camera Warehouse that the warranty was in the Box with the lens. Unnecessary anxiety and time wasted. I felt disappointed.

As explained to you by Singer there was supposed to be a sticker on the box with guarantee instructions. Different brands have different procedures. In the case of Tamron they require you to register your guarantee online. Since we did not open the package prior to handing it over, we were not aware that there was no sticker on the box.

As explained to you by Singer there was supposed to be a sticker on the box with guarantee instructions. Different brands have different procedures. In the case of Tamron they require you to register your guarantee online. Since we did not open the package prior to handing it over, we were not aware that there was no sticker on the box.
