Be very careful
<div>Purchased last 16 to 55mm Fuji lens in stock on the 23 April 2023. I have still not received the lens or a refund. Be very careful dealing with this store.</div>

As per our correspondence dated 22nd you were advised that the product was out of stock but that we had been allocated a lens for you during the first week of May. You accepted the delay in writing. Subsequently you yesterday found a lens elsewhere and requested a refund at *pm yesterday. We are happy to do the refund today.
Under the circumstances we submit that your one star rating is unwarranted and respectfully request that you change it.

30 Apr 2024, 11:23Hi Keith, first of all thank you for processing the refund and emailing me the PoP. Unfortuntely there is no way to change the rating however I do want to put on record that the matter has been resolved amicably and I would have revised the rating to 4 stars (if possible).
