Bad customer service at it's best

I recently opened a telecom's company and wanted to buy equipment to resell to my customers as a distributor I spoke to regional sales manager Mark Goosen that guy has been giving me a run around since last year he blue ticks my WhatsApp messages and keeps on telling me he will callback and i requested that give me another person to contact I was told to press option 2 for sales I did that and it goes directly to the same Mark and he takes people for granted.
