Wosrt ever

<p>good morning; i have been patient for 7 months now, but enough is enough!! brought my watch in for a bracelet replacement in Nov, was sent to CK only early Jan, got it back in end Jan/early feb only to break again after a week, took it back.....and now you are telling me stories about CK not having proof that they fixed it in the first place. i feel that this was YOUR responsibility in the first place, keeping a POD/Tracking/etc and can't blame a customer for your mistakes. Ive paid R1200 for the watch repair and have been without my watch for nearly 7 months! enough is enough. i expect either my watch back with my refund OR a fixed watch ASAP!! this is no way to conduct business!! (used Voilet and Rose in illanga mall - Nelspruit)</p>
