Pulled up at the petrol station waited 10minutes to be attended to in that period two cars pulled up much fancier than mine and 2 petrol attendants come running out straight to those car I approached them asking what's going on they ignored eventually saying they at those cars already......then the manager come running out we had to call him and say hello!!!!help I told of what's happening he tells me he got 5complaints already wth should I do???? & that they are running for tips me myself I believe if you give good service you will be rewarded in abundance and I was taught to always tips to always give your change.....well also to let you know caltex V&A FANTASTIC the manager such a humble sorts the issue out straight away with you the customer present and those attendants are waiting to serve you not sitting in a restroom
