Kfc NO customer care at all
2 weeks no response from KFC at all is this how KFC treats sick people in hospital Good day KFC I ordered a meal at KFC via Mr delivery The order arrived with coke zero instead of Coke regular which was paid for at and extra For the driver to to tell that that's what they Gave him I said it's cool I'll just send Mr delivery a Customer complaint he then said he would give me The R10 difference which sounded fishy to me I said no When I got the chicken back to my ward and sat down To eat I found the chicken was dry and half breaded I lost my temper my apatite and everything all At once I'm now going to make point to make This public because KFC Pietermaritzburg and me delivery think you can just Send anything and people will accept it and The delivery drivers use the "I'm just bringing the food" As sympathetic leverage regards Mark ***

What a terrible attitude from the cashier at Caltex Rietfontein her name is Pontso several times I will walk into the store and great and buy what I need she will never respond or she will be on her phone while assisting me so today I went to buy bread and coldrink I greated and wanted to buy electricity aswell I asked her why every time when I walk into the shop she gives me and attitude she then said why must I greate you for what I left my stuff on the till to tell her boss and she laughed at me I just told the boss said will speak to her I have never came across such a rude person in my life I left the stuff at the till and went to shop some where else where people are being treated like human being will never shop at Caltex Rietfontein ever again.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your car wash facility located at Caltex Hamburg Roodepoort On my visit, I paid for my vehicle to be washed. The individuals operating the car wash were dressed in Caltex-branded uniforms, which gave the clear impression that they are employees or representatives of your company. However, I later came to understand that they are not directly employed by Caltex. During the service, one of my car carpets went missing. When I approached one of the attendants to address the issue, I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior. Instead of assisting me in resolving the matter, the attendant became rude, loud, and confrontational. The situation escalated to the point where she began pointing at me in an aggressive manner, which I found intimidating and inappropriate. I find this conduct unacceptable, particularly because the individuals are dressed in Caltex uniforms and therefore represent your brand to the public. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect respectful treatment and accountability, regardless of whether the car wash staff are directly employed by your company or not. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated thoroughly and addressed appropriately. It is important that customers are treated with respect and that proper measures are put in place to prevent similar incidents in the future. Caltex Sharon Park ****ed me and they are refusing to take accountability. I ended up paying double of what I usually pay all in the name of petrol went up. I tried to reason with them but they told me that owner is overseas, and there's nothing they can do for me.

Sinothemba weltevreden petrol attendant
Petrol Attendant Sinothemba from weltevreden is the worst, he told us to shift as the was another car in front of us, we shifted after assisting that car it was our turn to be assisted, while we were moving the car another car came into our space instead of him telling the other car to shift like he told us before, he just left that fuel bay and went on to assist other customers saying he won’t interfere . We had to queue all over again
