Worst service on the forecourt by far

<p>On the 4th of April 2017 I visited Caltex Gateway to top up some fuel. I parked at the pump with my petrol cap open for nothing less than 15 mins with no service. It would be understandable if the forecourt was busy. But this was not the case. The forecourt staff were standing around doing nothing yet they had seen me parked at the pump. Disappointing and pathetic. With Caltex offices around the corner from you, your staff should be on the ball. I wish. After 15 - 20 mins I was finally served by Richardson. Get your staff some training on customer service. Will never use Caltex gateway again</p>
