Vulgar Languages at Staff Members

I am a frequent customer at the Caltex Service Station on Blair Atholl Road, unfortunately on many occasions the owner disappointed me. He is always swearing and using vulgar languages at his staff members.On one occasion a staff member almost hit the owner because of his vulgar language. I personally requested him not to talk to his staff in that manner because he swore at his cashier and said he would fire her in my presence. Yesterday I was at the shop at about 14h30 and there he goes swearing and shouting vulgar languages at his Indian carwash manager in front of staff and customers. And it's not the first he is always swearing him in the carwash.Has Chevron trained their retailers to act in this disgraceful manner. Just to bring to your attention I am going to take this matter up with CCMA. I will not be supporting this Caltex anymore and will bring this to the attention of my friends and family. And I do not need this disgraceful retailer to contact me. Hope something is done soon!!!!!!
