Very Rude Cashier

I stopped by Moffats Caltex station at potchestroom to rest, fill up and then go.There were two friendly petrol attendant outside, after about an hour before we leave, I wanted to use the toilet which was inside the garage kiosk , a very rude man ( cashier who even raised his voice talking to me) told me a toilet is R2. i was with my younger sister and only had R3 in my pocket , she couldnt use the toilet because we didnt have R4, she had to go back to the car.I called the manager and she is telling me to understand as they are ********** who just want to use the toilet and pass , so the R2 is for control. i have never stopped at any garage on main roads and expected to pay R2 , that was my first, worst thing that garage is on the main road. why dont you just make toilets which people will enter direct from outside and pay, then the inside one you can just say its for customers. or just have toilet for your staff only so that we know we dont have to stop unless we want to put petrol.with rude cashier i was not surprised because it seems like most Caltex garage hires *********** staff, the only thing that makes me to put petrol there is U-count rewards that's it.
