very rude and unhelp full

I went into the caltex florida road garage to use the shop.there were beacons blocking the pumps, guess so they use just one pump and sit next to it and would not need to walk around.an attendant moved the beacon so I could park my car and go make my purchase in the quick shop.After I was done all the attendants refused to remove the beacon that had jammed my car.when I jumped out the car to ask why they did not want to assist they began using vulgar languages and when I threatened to complain to the manager they began to laugh and told me to what I felfelt.this garage offers the worst service I have ever received and I have complained to the owner, even offered to show him video footage from my cellphone off the poor service his staff offers but he does nothing about it.the staff are all aware that the owner cannot control the service or their bad attitudes as a result continue this poor practpractise.There is never a manager or supervisor on duty at night and staff do as they feel, sleep, play loud music and just dont assist customers. I have on many occasions even smelt alcohol on some of the petrol attendants.Caltex should definately send mystery service consultants to monitor.
