very poor customer service

this is not the first or second time that i have a very bad experience at the Caltex service station in Oos Geduld Springs . Again this morning all the people standing in the sun and the service is very poor. i went in to the service station this morning , after i have stopped i have waited for someone to help . When he came to my car i asked him to fill my car with 93 please . he then told me there is no 93 at the pump . I then ask him to check the one wheel for me 2.5 bar then i will reverse to the other pump . He then told me in a very root manner (lessen to me THESE pumps have no petrol) but when i stopped there he only explain to me the one have no petrol . after i went to a other pump and he put petrol ,i ask him how much is the cars for kids witch they selling . He then just turn away and walk away without answering me. i got out of my car to see the garage manager but there was no one available . this is not only me having bad experiences at this very same garage . I have many people complaining about this service station . (how could an employer of the garage should on a customer) we are paying there salaries then we get service like that . I also do have the phone number of two people who saw the whole story this morning as they where also complaining . 19/06/2019 7H20
