Unhappy former customer.

Today i had the the misfortune of a car breakdown, luckily (so i thought, at the time) i was right at the entrance of the caltex garage in witfield on jetpark road, I pulled in, opened my bonnet and proceeded to try locate the problem, it was a little surprising that no caltex employee even ventured a look my way to ask if I needed assistance especially since i was parked right next to a petrol pump. 'that's OK, thought,i guess it's obvious my problem is not petrol related' what i did not appreciate though was Joel coming up to me, ( no hello or anything civilized like that ) and saying 'I hope your car does not leak oil, this is not a workshop!!!!' ( i can generally take a joke but Joel was NOT joking ) I then asked him what he expected me to do with the car, he said i should move it off his property because he'd just cleaned up oil stains (note that He was not offering to help me move the car!) I then told him that i was not impressed by his tone nor attitude and asked to speak to his manager, He said He was the manager and encouraged me so send an email.

I feel that this kind of behavior is totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed before caltex loses any more customers.
