Unhappy customers

What terrible service I received from Maphumulo caltex in kzn, I arrived there at 17:20 on the 8th of December, to fill up petrol and check my tires since I was about to take a longer trip, I was told that I was in the wrong bowser,I had drive around to join another que again, when I finally got to the right bowser yoooooo the lady who assisted me gave me the worst attitude, she commanded me to reverse so that she can use another bowser ,I told her that my tank is on the other side, she insisted that I reverse, so I did and there was another vehicle that was so close behind and there was an accident,I tried to report the matter but I was told that the manager was not around......... I am still in trauma and I don't think I will ever use the filling station ever....I was really abused physically emotionally and financially
