Unfriendly and no structure

Hi, I have been trying not to complain about this for the last few months but something has to be done. There is no procedure or structure at your Caltex Shop in Bosmandam Road,Milnerton. I work next door so find myself at your shop every odd day ,with the same old story being displayed - there is no queue system
