Unfair treatment and bullying

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding underpayment, unfair treatment, and workplace bullying at my place of employment, Priclo Motors Caltex koeberg in milnerton , where I work as a petrol attendant .

I am currently being paid little money per week by CASH which is below with my experience minimum wage . Despite raising this issue with my employer, no action has been taken to correct it.

This method of paying US in cash and not depositing Our salaries into the bank, this could mean that they avoiding tax, UIF, and other legal deductions, which is ******* we want to be paid in BAnk .

They providing old, dirty uniforms and does not care about our hygiene, this is a health and safety violation .

I kindly request that your office inspect our workplace and take action .

They force us to take responsibility for customer losses, nor can they ignore your rights and concerns we seek Rights to be treated fairly .Being blamed without being heard its Sad.

The Emotional distress & lack of employee rights is Being ignored, disrespected, and unfairly treated here.

I have been subjected to continuous bullying and unfair treatment by my employer Mr & Mrs Moodley and their Son. This includes verbal abuse insults or shouting , unfair workload or being treated differently from colleagues , threats of dismissal for no Valid reason .
