Unempowered staff

Pathetic service at Fresh Stop Cedar drive - with staff that is not empowered to make decisions that is quite obvious. They advertise a Cadbury slab chocolate special where you get x2 80g/88g slabs for R25 - excluding Bubbly. So when I took the two Caramel slabs to the till, clearly visible that it is a 88g Cadbury chocolate, the attendant rang it up at full price and informed me that it is not on the special. So I showed him the ad and his answer was: call my manager. So I said he can call his manager, his response: I don’t have a phone?? Really?? Is this the type of people you want attending to customers that can’t even make such a small decision on his own?? Pathetic
