Unacceptable and Rude Attendants

Unaceptable and Rude Attendants that prove, training is wasted and Humanity is lost...

Yesterday my business vehicle stopped at the Pretoria North Caltex to put petrol in. After this was done, the vehicle did not want to start. Inspection into the problem proved that the battery had given in. Upon trying to get the vehicle to start the petrol attendants on duty at 17:00pm started shouting at the driver that he must leave, other people cannot get in. When explaining what is going on, they swore and got extremely rude to the driver. When the driver asked if they could assist in pushing the vehicle, they started getting even more rude and ****** towards him. I was close enough and stopped to assist, trying to jump start the vehicle. After that did not work, I pushed the vehicle to start. It only took 3 meters of pushing. I feel this is unacceptable and shows that Caltex no longer cares for customers. I will not open a business account with Caltex and will tell all my relatives to move their business accounts away from Caltex as they do not even have humanity left.
