Tyre Service Disappointment

On the 4th of December I arrived at Caltex Greenbushes as I was in dear need of having my tire pumped up. With that an attendant came and assisted with the matter, he was negligent in the matter as he was busy speaking to someone and during that moment the tire burst this leading to not having a spare tire. The manager on duty gave his details and email to assist in the matter saying he will reimburse the tire as a result I emailed him asking the details as to when I will receive the tire instead the email sent back as a reply first stated "The correspondence has been received, and noted a response will be in due course.'' after waiting four days I received another email stating "The manager on duty was off and therefore couldn't get back to me.'' A third email was sent today stating that upon their investigation there is no fault found as stated ''customer asked for tyre pressure - CSA actioned as per customer request. We looked at our cameras there's nothing untoward to what the CSA did to assist the customer, we looked at a number of cars that were served on the same air gauge - there were no challenges. we therefore concluded that we can not assist on the cause.'' This was all said in the email in quotation marks, so tell me how am I at fault when the attendant your people handled the pressure and was negligent in the matter and promising that this will be resolved instead I get sent an email that you can't carry through. I don't care about other cars stated in the email not having problems, at that moment your guys or attendant was responsible for the matter. I am highly disappointed in this matter cause even at this moment I am still not able to to use my car.
