TWO TRANSACTION FOR ONE SERVICE
I USED MY DEBIT CARD FOR PETROL ON 29 JUNE 2015 AT CALTEX GARAGE, MAYHEM AND MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED TWICE FOR ONE TRANSACTION. I WENT TO THE BACK ON 30 JUNE 2015 FOR REVERSAL BUT ON 02 JULY 2015 PAYMENT WENT THROUGH. I PAID R400 FOR R200 WORTH OF GAS/PETROL. I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGERS BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO DATE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
