They didn’t put petrol on my tank yet money was collected. I was ******

On the 06/07/2019 I went to caltex to fill up my petrol at freshtop Louis Botha and I paid R100 I’m cash and I was assisted by Kabelo the petrol attendance, well I asked for a petrol slip of which he gave me and at that time my petrol was on reserve and I was driving to the Hill of which it’s a +-30min drive, as I was driving I could see that no petrol was putted inside my car so with the fear of getting stuck after I paid for the petrol I made a u- turn and went back to the garage to ask why my petrol was not putted yet the money was collected kabelo was so rude to me and said maybe my petrol gadge is not working so I requested to speak to a supervisor I was told these no supervisor I must come back on Tuesday so I asked must I drive all the way again for such nonsense.

I told them these nothing wrong with my car and to prove that I putted another R100 which I now swipe n which putted me in an inconvenient position as that money was for something else, guess what the petrol counted and it’s showed it was putted.

I’m so disappointed with your service and how this matter was treated, imagine driving at night with kids and getting stuck with no petrol yet you paid for it but someone decided not to do there job.

I personally feel ****** by Caltex and I want my money back.

This is so unprofessional and can put one at risk how does one continue to use your garage if these so much *****.

This is not the first time is happening at caltex and something must be done as this is dragging the company name to the mud.

I just want my money back which I paid and never received any petrol for it,

I am angry and dissatisfied with this service and won’t recommend your garage to any of my family or people I know.
