Theft Response - Appalling

I was at your Megacity, UMlazi Caltex on Sunday morning and the service I got from u-Mxolisi was appalling to say the least after i had my car btry ****** at the garage. The guy did not care and didn't even apologise for the incident that took place while he was in charge. The security did not also assist me with anything also. Mxolisi just laughed at me and even offer to assist me with anything after I went to him and queried this and told me that my car is parking at wrong spot after being there for over 2 hours but no one told me where to park.

I have sent this complaint through facebook, Caltex website but i still haven't received any feedback.
