The Caltex / Astron Energy 'Service Excellence' farce

Needless to say, the Caltex / Astron Energy 'Service Excellence' saga is STILL not fully resolved, despite my various efforts. Very frustrating. On Friday 26 July 2019 I reminded both Mr Buntu Zini and his immediate manager and supervisor, Mr Eugene Petersen for a fourth time via email that I require certain documentation in order to clarify a short refund payment of about R 6,192. It is now 3 months since my first request for the documentation on 21 May 2019, but still no response, documentation or clarification! Do the REALLY subscribe to Service Excellence? They certainly do not practice what they preach. How pathetic!

The issue will NOT go away if they ignore it long enough.
