Terrible service and ripp off

Fresh stop caltex Nigel town. My husband and I are went to get something to eat at the fresh stop, the kitchen was open, however we were told it's closed, we asked what time they close, the staff could not give us a time but insisted they were closed, eventually they said they open and asked what we would like, we asked if there was any chicken and the lady sais yes, so we asked for a full chicken special, this comes with rolls nd a coke, then we heard there is no coke nd rolls so we asked for chips instead, they said there is no chips as well,before the lady could proceed with the chicken we asked seeing there is no roll, coke or chips how much will the chicken be and the lady saisf it's still R129 for a full chicken that costs 70 on its own. This is day light *******, we then asked the cashier what the price of a chicken was without anything she responded to say she does not know, I was gobbesmacked and disappointed in the lack of assistance and sheer attitude of the staff, I will not be returning to fresh stop to purchase anything let alone fill my car up there anymore.
