Terrible Service

My husband and I were at Caltex Durbanville last night, 03/07/2019. When we got there, there were a few cars before us, which we did not mind waiting for, but then there was cars that stopped after us and got helped first. The service is very bad from the staff and on top of it the magement staff is just as bad. When we went to complain to the magement he said the shop and the garage have nothing to do with him. We will never go back. We would like some compensation and an apology due to staff swearing at customers.
