terrible customer service

<p>I am disappointed by the disatifactory level of service I have received from the caltex patrol station at 18:00 the entity is now under a one fresh stop shop if I am not mistaken, I arrived the form work wanted to get some snack and which I did and with no HASSLE because it is a self service shop to pick and go and pay. but to no luck I want to one of the unfriendly cashier who was so underming to an extent I felt disrespected and it showed that advanteage is taken now that the eneti is operationg a black community if I may say. customer service is essential and it must be offered regardless.</p> <p> </p> <p>my incident yesterday a cashier by the name of THANDI was so rude she could not even respond to my greeting, yes I understand that by end of day everyone is tired but fact is work is work. I she offered plastic the gave it to me, so countless times and to no sucess I failed to open the plastic, I then asked her to open for me, she asked me why can't I open a plastic( mind you with attitude) I retaliated to her behavour as it was not acceptable. </p> <p> </p> <p>clear even our eleders in the community are ill-treaded and making comparison I always drive to patrol stations this is the first and an abomination.</p> <p> </p> <p>I demand an apology or I will take this up and wil be observing protocol.</p> <p> </p> <p>it pains me that I also work as a customer service provider and I put on my warmest smile when assisting my clients and clients put food on the table. I want feedback and actions taken</p>
