shocking

Friday, 6/10/2015, I went to Caltex in Clubview to put fuel in just after 8pm, which I've done on numerous occasions. To my surprise the petrol attendee wanted me to pay for for the fuel even before he pumped it. I said there is no way I am paying until the fuel is pumped, which he did. When I asked him why all of a sudden his response was that it is now law with the night shift and that they don't trust people. So I asked him does he not trust me and does it look like I will *****, to my shock he said that I look like that I will ***** and can't be trusted, disgusting!!! I told him that there is no such law that one has to first pay to get fuel, and that nowhere is it stated that we need to pay first. He said it is stated on some yellow board, which I could not see. Very shocking and totally disgusted. I want answers or I will be taking this matter further.
