Shocked

I was at a caltex service station and had a flat tyre, the petrol attendant offered to repair it for me. After repairing it he told me it was R80,00. I argued stating it costs that much for an entire repair kit. Are the petrol attendants operating under instruction from caltex to offer this service to which they are grossly inflating, or are they doing it without caltexs knowledge and making a bit of profit on the side. I will be contacting caltex head office regarding this.
